Our system will automatically match you with suitable candidates based on your requirements. Candidates will be able to view your job posting and respond if they are interested. You can directly message candidates on the platform and offer them your vacancies. A standard hiring fee applies to candidates you contact directly.

RECEIVING RECOMMENDATIONS FROM FREELANCE RECRUITERS With our platform, you can receive recommendations from freelance recruiters. If you wish to receive recommendations from freelance recruiters, you can specify a referral bonus in your job posting. They will be able to search within their network for candidates that meet your requirements. A standard hiring fee applies to candidates recommended by freelance recruiters.

EMPLOYER PROFILE VERIFICATION In your employer profile, you need to provide:

ACCOUNT BLOCKING Pixelum.dev reserves the right to block your employer account in the following cases:

• Providing false information about yourself or your company in the profile
• Complaints from candidates about spam or outdated vacancies
• Failure to update the status of received recommendations in a timely manner
• Excessive contact with candidates without hiring them

Pixelum.dev has specific rules for conducting business relationships. Violating these rules may result in account blocking. The list of violations includes:

• Violation of communication rules: failure to adhere to etiquette and communication guidelines.
• Providing false information: presenting inaccurate data about yourself or your company in your profile, which may create false expectations for candidates.
• Sending spam or outdated vacancies: unauthorized sending of messages that disrupt the user experience.
• Failure to update the status of recommendations: delays in updating the status of received recommendations (hired, notified, or rejected), which may cause misunderstandings and delays in the hiring process.
• Excessive contact with candidates without hiring them.
